The Mission Valley Crossroads project is a building exterior renovation project that replaces a failing 1970’s brick tile cladding. Open Studio designed a new building exterior composed of both metal panel and ceramic tile rain screen cladding systems. A new brand identity was created using the 404 address in combination with the vibrant orange color.
