THE RESIDENCES AT FILLMORE PLAZA

Located in the prominent Cherry Creek North neighborhood, The Residences at Fillmore Plaza add 3 levels of high-end rental units and a luxury, private residence above an existing 5 story parking garage, with updated ground level retail and below grade amenity spaces along 2nd Avenue.

 

The complexity of this project was extensive, taking into account load limitations of the existing parking structure, the team worked closely with the structural engineer to design a light weight pre-manufactured load bearing wall system and lightweight skin. Also, taking careful consideration of acoustical isolation, occupancy during construction, and complying with strict entitlements updated through a PUD process, OSA worked closely with the client, contractor, and consultants to create an efficient, modern, design that enriches the Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
