The existing building was the former Denver Post production facility. The proposed design preserves the majority of the building envelope and structural systems. The exterior skin and interior spaces are to be updated with new electrical and mechanical systems throughout, allowing the building to be repurposed for the following mix of uses: business, retail, warehouse, eating & drinking. The north and south portions of the building are one-story spaces and the central portion of the building is three stories with an atrium.
