Located adjacent to their existing facility, Green House Data is situated on the outskirts of Cheyenne taking advantage of the climate to minimize cooling requirements for their server racks.  The project is a secure data storage facility along with an office hoteling component that boasts 800+ cabinets, private suites and an open plan that caters for tenants to configure their data storage to their own specifications.  The modern design reflects the company’s ethos and offers a stark contrast to some of the surrounding architecture in the business park.
