14th and Larimer

Sited at 14th and Larimer the project connects the urban block with the Cherry Creek Bike Path. The ground level is used for retail and allows the public to pass through and around the building, over the creek, or descend to the path. The building can be thought of as a sponge that absorbs both light and carbon. Green plantings spread throughout atrium spaces that allow light to penetrate deep into the office plate are integrated into the fabric of the project and help nourish different microclimates for office occupants based on the time of day, angle of the sun, and weather.
