Located at the base of one of Denver’s most iconic towers, this project entailed the demolishing of the existing 3 story podium, and design and construction of a new four story structure that serves as the tower’s main entry. The podium remodel project included a new three-story lobby entrance as well as additional amenity space for the tower such as an enlarged food hall, a fitness room, and new indoor and outdoor conferencing spaces. The blade-like roof overhang was inspired by the angles of the original tower as viewed coming down 17th Avenue from Union Station.
