Kenna obtained her Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from Iowa State University’s 5-year accredited program. During school, she explored topics such as climate issues and pollution, sensitive landscapes, reclaimed materials, versatile structures, mental health, food security and resiliency, the meaning and acts of community, and much more. Throughout this research, she discovered a passion for community building through the built-environment, as well as the role architecture plays in social and environmental justice. Kenna is eager to explore and grow in the professional field of Architecture, and is working toward her next goal of obtaining her architectural license.
