OSA visits Mikron

The North American headquarters for Mikron was recently completed in Centennial and Mike Gunner, the General Manager offered to take the OSA team on a tour of the building. Located right next to the Centennial airport, the building is a clean rectangular form that sits at the top of a hilly site making it visible from a far. It differentiates itself from the surrounding architecture, functioning as a branding element for the company. According to Mike, all of the employees are happy with the new space and the company is continuing to grow. Everyone on the design team has done a great job of delivering the new building on time and under budget. OSA worked for Mikron and Confluent Development on the core and shell, with Alcorn Construction as the GC and Venture Architecture designed the tenant interior.
