The Lab

Conceived as a mixed-use speculative office building attracting start-up firms to the Platte Valley, the Lab offers 3-stories of office space over ground level restaurant / retail use and underground parking. 

 

With close proximity to a pedestrian bridge connection to the thriving Lower-Highlands neighborhood and exceptional views of the downtown Denver skyline, this building is a real attraction to Denver’s urban professionals.

 

A full height folding glass wall greets thousands of commuters on the adjacent I-25 highway, providing excellent visibility to this iconic feature.  The anchor tenant for the building included a coworking space, which provides shared officing, community, and services for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups. As such, audio/visual and acoustic consultants were leveraged to provide a controlled environment for future tenants.
