Teamed with Opus A-E, Open Studio Architecture served as the Design Architect for this corporate office building located south of downtown Denver.  The building is part of a multi-building campus master-plan developed by OSA. The building is composed of 4 stories plus a walk out lower level. Amenities include below grade executive parking, fitness center and employee cafeteria with outdoor plaza that overlooks the golf course.
