Located on one of Cherry Creek North’s most desirable streets, this 6-story commercial project will replace an existing four story office building and adjacent parking garage. 240 St Paul consists of two stories of underground parking, one level of retail on the first floor and 5-stories of office space above. For the 3-story masonry base an offset grid pattern implements order as well as visual movement and interest, and helps to break up the building’s scale. Additionally, a large area of storefront glazing on the first story revitalizes the pedestrian experience.
