Roman has been with the firm since its first year of business and plays a critical role in the day to day operations of OSA. He is a well-versed designer who takes action on all aspects of the design process—from a highly refined conceptual platform to a rigorous technical proficiency during documentation and construction. Inspired by his great grandfather who practiced architecture in Moscow in the 1920s, Roman has surrounded himself by architects since age 14. His design aesthetic is the product of dedication to quality execution, with precise focus on every detail.

 

Roman has been actively involved in fostering relationships with some of the firm’s longest standing clients and has been passionate about enriching the urban fabric of Denver’s built environment through both small and large scale architecture projects. In addition to his responsibilities as a design and technical leader, he also takes an active role in firm management and serves as a mentor for young architects.
