Steel House
Branded as Denver’s pioneering headquarters address, where light, air, and wellness
take center stage. The industrial biophilic aesthetic, seamlessly integrates with the vibrant RiNo
neighborhood, paying homage to its rich industrial heritage. With floor plates spanning
up to 41,000 SF, framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and connecting to private outdoor terraces, Steel House provides an unparalleled connection to nature and breathtaking
views of downtown and the mountains of the front range. At the heart of the project is the level 6 amenity floor that includes a climbing wall, basketball court, conference center, with a yoga studio and barista bar that open onto a 13,000 SF elevated park.
This project is a perfect example of how a large team with many stakeholders can collaborate to create a successful, unique project that will push the neighborhood into it’s next generation of growth.
